web 2.0- what does it really mean?

The video Computers are using us by Professor Wesch from Kansas State University.

I loved the opening scean when they were showing the power of one click of a hyperlink by haveing it take you all around the page. I had never thought of it in regards to one click can take me to an endless number of places. It also pointed out that now that text is digital there is an increase in the amount that is written. With thousands of bloggers world wide text is being dumped into the internet at massive rates. Of course not all text is of the same value but never the less its there. I think that by allowing everyone to be able to post their thoughts we will be able to solve problems faster and be more opened minded.
